This is a prenatal lactation visit, usually covered by insurance, and encouraged to attend by the whole family.  Get to know a lactation consultant pretnatall, ask all of your questions, and receive basic education about how to prepare to breastfeed your newest addition. 

This visit can pertain to preconceptive, prenatal, and postpartum women as well as infants and toddlers.  Be on the lookout for my ebook with all of my nutritional recommendations coming in 2025.
