Lactation Visit
Currently, I am only seeing clients virtually (but for a few exceptions). Virtual appointments are covered by insurance in most cases. Virtual lactation appointments are an excellent option for "asking the expert"-type questions.
Prenatal Education Class
This is an individual, virtual class encouraged to be attended by the whole family. This class is best done in the first or second trimester as it contains many suggestions for pregnancy.
Nutrition Consult
This visit is only covered by insurance if the client is pregnant or breastfeeding, however, this is a great option for parents to schedule a consult to talk about infant or toddler nutrition as well as preconception nutrition.
